Montreal police are asking for the public's help locating a 13-year-old boy missing for over ten days.

Joseph Rwanamisa left his home in the Villeray—Saint-Michel—Parc-Extension borough while his father was sleeping, according to police.

He told his little brother he was going to visit a friend. His relatives have not seen him since.

Rwanamisa is 5-foot-5  inches tall and weighs 106 pounds.  He has short black hair and dark eyes.

Police say the 13 year old had no money or fare for public transit with him at the time of his disappearance.  He is French-speaking.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Info-Crime at 514-383-1133.
