When can I pick up my prize?
Prizes can be picked up at our reception desk anytime Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 5:30pm.

What Do I Need to Bring?
Any form of government issued photo identification (Driver's Licence, Medical card, Passport).

Can My Friend Pick Up My Prize?
Upon agreement with CJAD's promotion department.

When Can I Win Again?
You and the members of your household are eligible to win 90 days after your prize winning date (including movie passes and ballot draws.)

How Long Do I Have to Pick Up My Prize?

You and the members of your household are eligible to win 90 days after your prize winning date (including movie passes and ballot draws.)Prizes are available to be picked up for up to 60 days after the prize winning date. If the winner is coming to pick up the prize and cannot make it the radio station in the 60 day time-frame - please notify the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 2 additional weeks.

Can You Mail My Prize To Me?
Unfortunately CJAD 800 cannot be responsible for mailing prizes. If you wish to have your prize mailed, you can send a self addressed stamped envelope (provided it is accompanied by a CJAD 800 waiver) which must be completely filled out and a photocopy of your ID, or arrange for a courier (at your own cost) with our receptionist.

Prizes cannot be exchanged.

Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.

If an event (concert, movie screening etc.) is cancelled, CJAD 800 is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner.

Movies Premiere ~ all seating for CJAD movie premieres is on a first come first serve basis. CJAD is not responsible for over booking so please arrive early to ensure admission.
