A chronically sleep deprived population is about to be robbed of a precious hour of sleep this weekend as we `sping ahead`. As a result we can expect an increase in car and work place accidents and perhaps heart attacks. What can you do to protect yourself? Try to get to bed earlier Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Reduce your pace during the day Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and try to take things easier. Exposing yourself to daylight and even better taking a walk, walking the dog or exercising exposed to daylight will help to reset your body clock. And just be happy we only do this once a year!
