Gary's Tomato Pie Recipe

9" frozen pie crust - bake at 400 10 minutes until golden brown

thinly slice 1 red onion 2 large heirloom tomatoes

black pepper 3/4 cup mayonaise 1/3 cup parmesan 1/3 cup mozzarella

layer oniones and sliced tomatoes in pie crust

mix mayo and cheeses  - layer over tomatoes

bake 20-25 minutes at 350

top with fresh basil leaves and ENJOY!
