bread machine potato bread
large (2.5 pounds)
1 1/3 cups water
2 tbsp vegetable oil/ margarine
3/4 tsp salt
1 tpsp sugar
2 tbsp instant skim milk powder
3 1/4 cups best for bread flower
1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1 tsp bread machine yeast

put in bread machine  and select white bread cycle
