Pothole wars: let the hostilities begin!

The mayor says the city is serious about its war on potholes.  It already had ten-million dollars in its pothole budget and is adding another 1.5 million.

Among the boroughs the city plabns to focus on in the early going this spring: Saint-Leonard, Montreal-North, Rosemont/Petite Patrie, and Saint-Laurent.
