Molester gets sentence re-lengthened

The Supreme Court of Canada says a Montreal man who molested his 4-year-old daughter and posted pictures of it online -- should not have had his sentence reduced.

The man, known only as Luc X, was sentenced to 15 years -- but had that reduced to 9 by the Quebec Court of Appeal.

Today, the Supreme Court said the appeal court erred and it has re-instated the 15 year sentence.
