Recall of morphine pills

If you are taking prescription morphine for severe pain, time to check the pill bottle.  There is a recall of ratio-Morphine SR in the 15 milligram, 30 milligram and 60 milligram formats.  The pills are bigger than they're supposed to be, making an overdose possible.
