Birthday party for Cedrika Provencher

There will be a bring-your-own-balloons event in Trois Rivieres this evening, to mark the 11th birthday of Cedrika Provencher.  She's the girl who vanished from her neighbourhood just over a year ago.   Relatives and others will be releasing balloons into the air and people are invited to drop off messages of encouragement for her parents, who continue to search for her.
