Hacker sends phony emails out under Stephen Harper's name

The RCMP is investigating after somebody hacked into a government website and sent phony emails out under Stephen Harper's name.

Dozens of journalists and Tory supporters received the two emails on Sunday.

The first email, supposedly written by Harper, suggests the public healthcare system will be dismantled under the next Tory government and replaced by the private sector.

The second email refers to Kosovo's recent declaration of indepence and suggests a sovereign Quebec is next.
