Benoit Labonte on CJAD: defends Louise Harel mayoral candidacy.

True, Louise Harel is very much a sovereignist. So what, says Benoit Labonte,  who confesses to being every inch the federalist.
 

None of that matters, he says, because city hall won't be debating federalism and sovereignty, but good city administration.
 

As for Harel's poor spoken english, Labonte says investors won't do business in Montreal because of french or english but because it will be a good -- and profitable --  place in which to invest.

Bottom line, says Labonte, Montrealers of all stripes really only want one thing: good - and affordable - municipal services.
