A Laval man learned a harsh lesson about putting up a sex tape of him and his ex on the Internet after their breakup.

A judge has ordered him to pay that ex 40-thousand dollars in damages, after ignoring warnings to take it down.

In addition, he's not allowed to contact the ex, or come anywhere near where she lives or works.
