51-year-old man dies in Terrbonne accident

A 51-year-old Laval man died this afternoon in a traffic accident in Terrebonne, north of Montreal.

The accident happened just after noon today on highway 640.

For an unknown reason, the car he was driving crossed the median, flipped over several times, and ended up in a ditch.

He was rushed to hospital, where he died shortly after.

Police say, they believe neither speed nor alcohol were factors in the crash.
