What's the best thing about living in Montreal?
Affordable housing and the always-fascinating news scene

Most memorable moment in your radio career?
Getting caught in the tear-gas attack on Mohawks at Kahnawake during the Oka Crisis of 1990.

Favorite person you interviewed and why?
Comedian Jackie Mason - he told us he liked answering our "real questions", which were not the usual pre-show publicity fluff he normally dealt with.

Other than Montreal, where else would you love to live someday?
Bermuda. Not that I've ever been there - it just sounds great.

When you have friends visit Montreal from elsewhere for the first time, what's the one thing you insist they see/do?
Try authentic smoked meat and poutine.

What's the weirdest job you've ever had?
I conducted surveys door-to-door for a polling company. For about 10 days, until I quit from sheer discouragement.

Favorite Hobby/Pastime?
Quilting, crafts.

Favorite magazine?
Quiltmaker.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be, and why? 
The ability to fly - cheaper than a car, no traffic hassles and it would blowdry my hair on the way to work.

Favorite television show of all time?
Star Trek.

TV Show that you'd most like to appear on, and why?
My own. I would like to host my own crafting/quilting show on network TV, like the one a friend and I hosted on cable access a number of years ago.

Famous person (living or dead) you'd most like to have lunch with?
Jesus. To find out the true meaning of life, the universe and everything.

If they made a movie about you, what actor would you like to play you?
I honestly have no clue.

What's your #1 pet peeve?
People who don't wash their hands after using the bathroom.

Whom do you admire the most?
My parents, who taught us to do what is right, not what is popular.
