Need a little Passion in your love life? Dr. Laurie Betito takes your intimate calls about love, sex and relationships, weeknights at 10:00pm on PASSION.

Dr. Laurie is a Psychologist and Sex Therapist in private practice. She joined the Standard Radio family about 20 years ago when she co-hosted a show on MIX 96 called “The Loveline”.  She joined CJAD 800 over 11 years ago with her own nightly talk show. Montrealers have been getting the best sex-ed ever since.  Passion is the only show of its kind. Each night she takes on a different issue facing couples, singles, and teens, plus she is open to answering all of your questions about sex. From aphrodisiacs to zoophilia, Dr. Laurie covers all the bases.  She shies away from nothing. Some of her guests have included porn stars, lap dancers, and tantric sex instructors. But if it matters to you or your body, Dr. Laurie can make you feel comfortable talking about it... sexual dysfunction, infidelity, teen sex,  Dr. Laurie gives her advice on any problem troubling your heart. She offers her opinions on a wide range of topics. Tune in to Passion and get first hand experience.

Research Project on Sexual Desire and Arousal

Do you have low sexual interest and/ or difficulty becoming sexually excited?

The Department of Psychology at McGill University is seeking healthy, heterosexual men and women between the ages of 18-50, with low sexual desire and/ or arousal, to participate in a research study examining how feelings of sexual desire and arousal impact physical sexual arousal. The researchers are hoping to better understand the different ways in which men and women express or experience sexual desire and arousal, the factors influencing these sexual responses, and the distinction between them.

Participation involves a single 3-hour testing session and takes place in a laboratory at McGill University. During this session, participants will complete interviews and questionnaires, view neutral and sexually explicit film clips, and have genital temperature measured by a thermal imaging camera (which requires no physical contact with the participant).

Participation involves NO health risks and confidentiality and anonymity are assured.  Participants will be reimbursed $75 for their expenses.

For more information, please contact Sabina Sarin at (514) 398-5323 or via email at mcgillsdastudy@gmail.com

This study is directed by Dr. Y. M. Binik, Department of Psychology, McGill University, Sex and Couple Therapy Service, McGill University Health Center (Royal Victoria Hospital).

LOOKING FOR INTERVIEWEES FOR A BOOK ON YOUTH AND PORNOGRAPHY (these journalists are well known in their field and also interviewed me for the book).  Here is their request:
We are two journalists in search of stories of young boys and girls, on their consumption of pornography on the Internet or elsewhere. These testimonies will be used for the purposes of a book that we are writing on youth and pornography.

Your experience of pornography may be a thing of the past or still present in your life. We mainly want to know how pornography has entered your habits and the impact it had on you and on your relationships with others.

All persons who come into contact with us are assured that their identity will not be revealed under any circumstances. Your name and any element that could identify you will be changed.

Please submit your story or your contact information so that we can contact you by email at : bisaillonmartin@yahoo.ca
