The show's focus is family and childrearing issues, entertainment and lifestyle topics - plus the offbeat and off-the-beaten track stories you won't hear anywhere else. From toilet training to UFO spotting, daycare to hair care, movies, books and comedy - Friday's you're invited to give out Tasty and Tasteless awards to win during "Flavour of the Week" right after the 3:30PM CJAD News.

HOW TO RELIEVE YOUR ALLERGIES

Could this simple and cheap remedy be the solution to your spring allergies?  A doctor in the US says mild allergy symptoms can often be controlled by nasal irrigation.  That's when you rinse the passages in your nose with a solution made up of a quarter teaspoon of kosher salt and a quarter teaspoon of baking soda in eight ounces of water.  Dr. Melissa Pynnonen advises putting the solution in a squeeze bottle and spritzing it into first into one nostril, then the other, letting it run out the opposite side.  Use four ounces during each rinsing session. The doctor works at the Michigan Sinus Center.
